Your SCRAMx Service Provider will:

• Conduct SCRAMx installations according to well-defined “best practices” and procedures
• Interface with offenders to instruct them about SCRAMx program criteria, including:
  • Contact procedures
  • Appointments and download schedules
  • Care and use of the SCRAMx bracelet and base station
  • House arrest schedules and parameters
  • Payment responsibilities
  • SCRAMx Participation Agreement
• Review and distribute daily SCRAMx monitoring reports
  • Provide reports on only those offenders who have confirmed violations
• Prepare customized reports based on your information needs
• Take appropriate action to alert you on clients who:
  • Drank alcohol
  • Came into contact with environmental alcohol
  • Tampered with the device
  • Violated curfew terms
  • Failed to download data at pre-established times
• Perform removals and conduct program termination activities, including an exit survey
