Are you a Veterans Treatment Court or considering starting a veteran-specific Specialty Court? Here’s how you begin the process of utilizing donated alcohol monitoring services in your Veterans Treatment Court.

1. Work with the Justice for Vets to ensure you meet the criteria to receive designation as a Veterans Treatment Court.
2. Contact AMS at 800-557-0861, and specify that you are calling in regard to the SCRAMx for Veterans program.
3. Our team will quickly connect you with representatives who will:
   • Link you with a network of other Veterans Treatment Courts that are utilizing SCRAMx monitoring in their program.
   • Help you with assessment and identification of the offenders best suited for 24/7 alcohol monitoring.
   • Set up the best approach for monitoring for your program—either directly through AMS or through a local service provider when applicable.
   • Begin the process of helping you identify the most viable options for making your alcohol monitoring program self-sustaining long-term, including helping you identify and apply for grants and funding or developing offender-pay programs that are based on the income level of the Veterans in your program.
