- Interest in a territory not already serviced by an existing partner
(US only at this time) - Financial stability
- Established relationships with courts and agencies in your market area
- Solid understand of the court ecosystem and how to market within it
- Understanding of criminal justice products and technologies
- Honesty and integrity
- Ability to effectively communicate SCRAM benefits and differentiators
- Genuine enthusiasm for representing SCRAM and its ability to make a difference

- Electronic Monitoring providers – looking to expand their product offerings
- Ignition Interlock providers – wanting to differentiate themselves
- Treatment agencies – looking for ways to confirm abstinence
